Tonnette serves as Chief Performance Officer at Memphis Health Center, bringing extensive experience in healthcare operations, quality improvement, population health, regulatory compliance, and organizational performance. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles within Federally Qualified Health Centers, managed care organizations, and healthcare compliance, with a consistent focus on strengthening healthcare quality and improving patient outcomes.
Tonnette previously served Memphis Health Center as Compliance Manager and Quality Management Leader. During her tenure, she led HRSA Operational Site Visit readiness, supported multiple NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition efforts, directed credentialing and compliance initiatives, developed organizational policies, and helped strengthen quality performance across multiple clinical sites.
As Chief Performance Officer, Tonnette provides executive leadership for enterprise-wide performance improvement strategies that support Memphis Health Center’s mission and strategic priorities. Her areas of oversight include Quality Improvement, PCMH accreditation and compliance, Uniform Data System (UDS) reporting, Risk Management, Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) compliance, Information Technology, organizational programs, and enterprise performance analytics.
Tonnette holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and is Lean Healthcare Certified. Her combination of strategic leadership, operational expertise, and commitment to continuous improvement supports Memphis Health Center’s ongoing efforts to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to the communities it serves.
