Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program aims to safeguard the health of low-income women, infants, and children up to age five who are at nutrition risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care. By serving as a WIC site, participants have increased access to prenatal care earlier in their pregnancy, regular health care, and nutrition education, a valuable asset for WIC families.
